General rules
1. Non-binding applications:
Submitting a grant application does not guarantee its award. All applications will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of Incrementum Conference 2026.
2. Incompatibility:
Each person may only benefit from one scholarship to attend the conference, regardless of how many they have applied for.
3. Exclusive use:
Scholarships are personal and non-transferable. They are intended exclusively to cover the registration fee unless otherwise stated. Travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses are not included
4. Application deadline:
The deadline to submit scholarship applications is October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Central European Time).
5. Final decision and notification:
Applicants will be notified via email before November 15, 2025. If no confirmation is received, it will be understood that the application was not selected.
6. Withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible so the scholarship can be reassigned to another applicant on the waiting list.
7. Incomplete documentation:
Incomplete applications or those not meeting the requirements will be automatically rejected.
8. Registration requirements:
To be eligible, applicants must complete their registration and full payment before the scholarship deadline. After the decision is made and recipients are notified, the corresponding scholarship amount will be refunded.
Scholarship types
1. Incrementum Scholarships
Targeted towards: Healthcare professionals, researchers, or students in health sciences, both national and international, with a special interest in the conference topics.
Specific requirements:
– Submit a motivation letter (max. 150 words).
-This scholarship covers the full cost of registration (up to 3 scholarships will be awarded by the Scientific Committee).
– To be eligible, the applicant must first pay the full general registration fee before the scholarship deadline. The fee will be refunded if awarded.

2. EGS (Emergency Global System) Scholarships
Active emergency service professionals worldwide who reside in countries with emerging economies (as per the official list).
Specific requirements:
Proof of affiliation with an emergency service and proof of residence.
Submit a written statement describing your daily reality, challenges, and how Incrementum can help you grow and impact your environment.
Discounted registration fee: €360. Includes full access to all conference activities.

Registered participants can access the “My Private Area” section on the website using the username and password sent to the email address provided during registration.

Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received and proof of transfer or card payment receipt is sent to administracion@noved.es
Only accomodation bookings that receive final confirmation are considered valid. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the technical secretariat at inscripciones@incrementum-conference.com.
A valid email address is required to confirm your booking.
The registration fee includes: Conference materials, access to scientific sessions, working lunches, and coffee breaks (does not include transportation or accommodation).
Currency conversion and transfer fees are the responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to inscripciones@incrementum-conference.com
- Until February 28, 2026: 100% refund of the registration fee.
- From March 1, 2026: No refund will be issued.
All refunds will be processed after the event and must be requested before it begins. No changes or refunds will be accepted once the event has started.
Name changes:
Name changes are permitted until April 14, 2026. No changes will be accepted after this date.
To request a name change, contact the technical secretariat at inscripciones@congresomedicinaruralsemergen.com and follow the instructions provided.
In line with INCREMENTUM’s commitment to sustainability, all attendance certificates will be issued and sent via email after the event concludes.
