Please note: transportation is not included in the registration fee.
If you require an invoice, please indicate this in the billing section of the form, providing the full details of the billing entity (individual or company), including tax ID and postal address.
IMPORTANT: No registration will be processed without prior payment.
To receive your certificate with the corresponding continuing education credits, it is essential to provide full personal details and a valid email address.

Accommodation bookings:
Accommodation reservations will be confirmed only upon receiving a final confirmation message. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the technical secretariat: inscripciones@incrementum-conference.com.
A valid email address is essential to confirm your booking.
Registration fee includes: Congress materials, access to scientific sessions, working lunches, and coffee breaks. Transfers and accommodation are not included.
Any currency exchange or bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

All refunds will be processed after the event. Requests must be made before the event begins—no changes or refunds will be accepted once the conference has started.
Name changes:
Attendee name changes will be accepted until 14 April 2026. No name changes will be allowed after this date.

In line with INCREMENTUM’s sustainability commitment, all attendance certificates will be issued and sent via email after the event concludes.
