ave you ever been taught how to give a presentation that truly connects, leaves a mark, and changes the way your audience thinks—in true IncrEMentuM style?
The speakers you see on the IncrEMentuM stage didn’t get there by chance. They’ve spent years perfecting the art of teaching. Because let’s be honest: teaching is a skill. Like placing a central line or performing a cricothyroidotomy, it only looks easy after hours of deliberate practice.
It is a 6-hour interactive workshop designed for attending physicians, trainers, residents, or anyone who wants to improve their teaching skills. We will work collaboratively on class delivery, stage presence, bedside teaching, presentation design, modern learning theory, and how to give (and receive) effective feedback.
Led by two award-winning Emergency Medicine educators who are passionate about the art and craft of teaching —Dr. Sara Crager and Dr. Ryan Ernst— this workshop has been very well received by educators in countries such as Chile and Brazil, and is inspired by the annual curriculum of the Arboretum Teaching Collective. Whether you dream of stepping onto the main stage or simply want your next bedside teaching to have a greater impact, Teacheria will provide you with the tools and inspiration to change the way you teach… and the way your students learn.
Places are limited to 20 participants to ensure a personalized and high-impact experience. To maximize participation and collaboration, a good level of English and a laptop are required. We are looking for a group with diverse profiles, so selection will not be based on order of registration. If you would like to participate, please submit your application by November 15, 2025, using the link provided below. Our team will review all applications, and the selected participants will be announced on December 15, 2025.
